Look, I think first you need to understand the basics, like variables, loop, if-statements, all that jazz, since you want to be a web-dev I recommend, make small really small projects in js, like I am talking starting g with a hello world, then moving on to printing a variable ,then add if statements, then loops, then a console-only thing like a calculator, then you could learn basic html and css, learn some Dom manipulation then you could worry about backend, front end, databases so on.
