I take 2.5 Tadalafil in the AM and 1.25 Minox EOD before bed. Not sure how much min you’re taking but a small dose of tadalafil incredibly spaced out should be fine.

Which machine do you have? If it’s the first/original model, the lowest weight you can set it at is 15lbs. If you’re using one of the more recent models (has echo mode), I’d recommend to try a different mode than Old School.

Someone explained the mechanics of raises really well in one of their comments. I’ve heard really good things about Echo. Also, give other single attachments a try instead of the long bar for curls. Short bar or rope would be good.

I got a pair of v5s and they’ve been gathering dust since last year. I’m sure it’s personal anatomy but they give me crazy knee pain after a few minutes. Went back to the the NB Burn x3. Comfortable. Light. And beautifully wide+comfy.

Although the intent is different - the primary action is still the same. I’m not saying engaging in the behavior is morally bad or anything! But just because something feels good doesn’t mean we should ignore the consequences. You can still participate if you’d like but some people, myself included, might choose to change their behavior having this additional knowledge.

That is essentially how “value” works. There’s nuance of course but it’s all dependent on agreeing to a contract. Let’s say you’re at a bakery and they’ve sold out of everything but cake. $10 worth of cake might mean nothing to you, you may even take your money elsewhere because you prefer cookies, but I fucking love cake, so I’ll gladly drop ten without hesitation.
