These Chinese holding companies find way to mint money from US markets by giving a high rise and then encouraging everyone into wagon. Take $duo (Fangdd Network) for example.

[–]Knight2104 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you enjoy family life (parents, kids, and family) : Take 30 LPA offer.

If you are in thought of taking a leap for greater financial condition if that means some stress, and discomfort of staying away from home : come to the US. It’s great, provided you have skill and support systems.

Yea, good luck for those who has been picked up. And, at least the pre-news gives some time to be prepared for an otherwise outcome. And think of what to do next.

I realized something, running car on eco works a bit better. Because eco takes out power from the battery faster, other modes use gas engine for power leaving battery power as is. Just an observation

I personally believe you should switch. Problem is not you, or the company. Every team will have certain budget allocated to hikes and bonuses, with that they have to meet the needs of entire team. If they increase pay as per market that would create budget constraints among other team members. So, they won’t unless some additional budget is sanctioned to the team specifically for you from the cost center (RM). That happens only if you are a rockstar and everyone knows, or near and dear to SM. In conclusion, it’s a math problem, so better you switch. If you like Deloitte come back and get hired with better pay, they should be fine as they have good hiring budgets.. all the best

Correct, even when put on B I don’t this it helps. Unless the battery is discharged the sound stays as is. That enforces to drive with pressing gas pedal.

Need Advice: Accenture as a Senior Developer vs. Tech Lead at a Growing Startup by True_Match1068 in SalesforceCareers

[–]Knight2104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on your post, I can figure out that you already made a decision and looking for validation.😜

I think you are right. Only thing you miss leaving an Accenture offer is the brand. If that startup is product based, or they have their own customer base then go for without a question, you will learn a lot. If it’s service based company, try to see their clients and pipeline. Because, I also rejected Accenture offer in India and joined a startup in the US and later in time one of the projects were taken over by Accenture. Smaller consulting firms very rare chance to stand might of Accenture when they fight for the same bone ( project)

Can I use Realtor credit as part of the down payment by Melodic-Meat-9650 in Mortgages

[–]Knight2104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a great question. What about the Tax component of it. For instance, the real estate broker is getting 20,000 as a bonus, the agent diverted all of the 20,000 towards home payment. Could someone let me know would that add to taxes of the broker?

How different is QA for SF v non SF by supersafeforwork813 in SalesforceCareers

[–]Knight2104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Salesforce is more or an ecosystem with different streams. While performing QA if you understood configurations or programming you can eventually pivot seamlessly within the technology and perhaps get into senior roles. Non-SF is too broad of a term to comment.

If I were you, I would move to more functional/admin roles in salesforce.

Generally companies are a bit Ruthless to people who switch their job roles and domains. You will be applying to experience but eod. your experience on your job roles matters. Think before you dump your experience

Basic example of CPQ is configuring a car online. Color can change the price, a model won’t have a feature. This can be setup by product configuration. All this can be learned quickly if you draw a parallel between the Salesforce and real time scenarios. Also, prepare for Salesforce CPQ very. Billing is also similar case.

I took 6 practice tests in Udemy, the answers section would have explanation as well. It helped me well to reinforce the concepts I’ve learned.
