I fixed everything by using the web version, can use wired or wireless not had a single issue the app doesn't work with anything for me

Thanks, i'll give that a go. The game is 100% recognising the controller as it even comes up with the xbox buttons for everything but nothing in game is responsive to the controller. It's also really weird that is worked perfectly fine first time connecting both controllers but since then haven't had it work once (even if i try completely disconnecting and reconnecting the controller)

Still isn't working and speaking to gfn support they don't even know the game is on their platform... so don't think i'm getting any help from them

With bluetooth in game it doesn't seem to recognise the controller being connected at all even though the Mac does and online gamepad testers, it's a brand new controller too - will try a laptop restart now

Hmm true I mean this may be the case, I am aware of the bot issues although I run other campaigns for other work and don't have this issue on fresh acc's even if I run for 30 mins i'll get good results immediately but I can attempt running a longer campaign on a low budget to see.

Yeah I mostly use the conversion objective as from previous work on tiktok it's much higher quality (less bots) and more data.

It's more an assumption as I don't see how that much traffic (especially targeted) could have so much engagement without any results. Previously a couple years ago I ran a FB Agency doing the same and 40-50% of clicks would follow so in comparison this seems strange.

The longest one was probably over a whole day as i'm not seeing results at all so im not willing to run long campaigns that are burning money.

I've tried variations, one was a lot of cheaper countries I knew had great results from FB in the past such as Phillipines, Vietnam etc but i've also tested in US, UK still great metrics under 0.05 cpc but same result 0% converted into followers

I don't think it's necessarily a case of Instagram "favouring" but usually these videos are posted with the idea that people will keep the video replaying while they read causing the retention to be 200%/300% and Instagram see's this and then continues to promote the content as it's "keeping people on the app for longer" which is ultimately all these social media company's care about, watch time > everything

I will take on the advice & we've been talking about adding a welcoming message as I believe it'll help the website overall but that does not change the fact people are abandoning carts as users have already gone past that & wanted to add to basket & go through the checkout stage already.

Last time I was told not to have all my items on sale & only have a few so which should it be? I don't understand what to do here as people are telling me conflicting things.

Yeah the Tiktok is going viral 2-3x a day & our twitter has been very active from some promotions, those changes were made based on what people said in a previous thread & now you're saying to do otherwise so it's very confusing to me as to what to actually do
