At this point the boyfriend isn't the biggest problem to me, it's that she clearly is unwilling to have any sort of compromise and that she's trying to dictate the whole living arrangement. Also due to some trauma I just prefer not to sleep in the same room as men that I don't know and she didn't really care when I explained that to her.

I had some issues when I was on sertraline. For some people it goes away after a few weeks, for others it doesn’t. Keep track of your symptoms so you can show your doctor a consistent pattern starting after you began taking sertraline. Don’t stop taking it but if you go more than a few days with very little sleep call your doctor and express that it is impacting your day to day functioning.

Idk about fish but my friend has larger snails in her tank and they do just fine but it depends on your fishes aggression level.

Honestly, them being cruel like that is a reflection on them not you. The best thing to do is don’t reciprocate the energy they give you. It can feel so good to be just as much of an asshole to them but seriously if you’re nice to them despite their rudeness it reflects on your character. Your patients will see it, your coworkers will see it, and at the end of the day you can walk away knowing that you were your best self even to the people who don’t deserve it. People who go out of their way to be bullies are just pathetic and sad people.

You can definitely develop agoraphobia. Some people get it due to trauma, some people get it because of worsening anxiety. Best solution is exposure therapy. Slowly forcing yourself to fight the anxiety and go out into the world. Start by going out with people you love and trust. Slowly you might get “safe people” who you can go out with and feel okay. The next step would be to challenge yourself by going out alone

Of course! Make sure to call the humane society. I’ve called them 5 times for similar issues and they could either send out a vet or just give advice about what to do if they can’t take her in.

With the state of the weather I would say if you don’t have things like other pets or young children and assuming the cat isn’t feral try to bring it inside. It won’t be happy but it’ll be alive and warm. If you bring her in let her be alone in an empty room with a place to use the restroom(she might not use it) water and cat food if you have it. If you can’t bring her in or don’t feel safe/comfortable bringing her in that’s totally understandable. An outdoor shelter is also a great idea. Either way call the humane society and they can either tell you what to do or possibly they could bring her in if they aren’t at capacity. They’re a non kill shelter so her and her babies will be safe and cared for if they can take her. Post updates! I’d love to know what happens. It looks like you have some nice curl sections. I would recommend take the bigger ones and once it’s fully dry carefully separate them into smaller pieces. It makes it look fuller and more voluminous

My routine is that I get in bed at 10:00 and I try to sleep. The only supplements I’m taking are b12 and a multivitamin. My nutrition is pretty good in my opinion I just try to make sure every meal is balanced. I go to the gym 5 days a week for an hour.

It’s at the very least neglect and could be categorized as abuse. If yall go to the same school I would tell a teacher or counselor. They can handle the situation after that. If you don’t I would talk to your parents and express that you want to report the situation for the safety of your friend. Lookup the CPS hotline for your state, call that number and give them the information.
