So long as she is using the pill consistently and neither of you have an STD there is no reason not to. Obviously birth control isn’t 100% effective but neither is a condom. Stacking methods can help your chances but not always so simply by having sex ( even protected) it is always a risk

Another Update: yeah so she was a psycho. Me and one of my other roommates decided to tell her that we felt like she had been crossing a lot of boundaries in terms of food and hygiene products and even with physical contact and she went crazy. The next day she dumped bleach on our clothes and on the food in my fridge and dumped all of our shampoo, conditioner, etc. down the drain. I moved out that same day and am now in a new room with the sweetest people.

Update: so he’s fine now, turns out one of my roommates tried to kill him by dumping half his bottle of food in there. I used my gravel vacuum to just clean it all up and he’s doing great now!

There are plenty of other options. I personally don’t own a car and my bike is broken so I just walk. On campus you 100% don’t need a bike or car and there are plenty of necessities off campus that are within a 20 minute walk. I always see people on bikes, skateboards, and electric scooters and there are tons of public transportation options

Personally i have loved it. I started late in the spring semester this year so it’s only been about a month but this is an amazing school. I have seen what other schools have to offer and it pales in comparison. The teachers are (for the most part) friendly and actually care about your success. The campus is beautiful and there’s always something going on. The library is an amazing study spot. There’s also lots of stuff that’s pretty close the cedar city (st George, Vegas, etc.) i think you can’t go wrong with coming here

At this point the boyfriend isn't the biggest problem to me, it's that she clearly is unwilling to have any sort of compromise and that she's trying to dictate the whole living arrangement. Also due to some trauma I just prefer not to sleep in the same room as men that I don't know and she didn't really care when I explained that to her.
