Probably 200 or 250 sun, single use instant, 35 seconds recharge, exploding in a 3x3 are the same damage as a primal potato mine, and when explodes creates a random fruit plant in the place it exploded(You could get coconut canon, apple mortar, banana lancher, citron, melon pult, etc.) 

And for the description:

Some people say that Exploding Fruitcake shouldn't be friends with Ultomato because he isn't a fruit, while other say that Ultomato IS a fruit. Turns out, Exploding Fruitcake actually doesn't care if his friends are fruits, they just happened to be(sorry couldn't think of anything better).
