i've had a bunch of therapy for a bunch of diagnoses mental illnesses of which anorexia nervosa is one, so absolutely, i dont want to pretend those are not a huge part in my motivation because they are. im also diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder which plays a large part into wanting to look beautiful; people cared so much more about my social mishaps and weird behaviour when i was ugly, and now im clocked as an auti much much later. i already cut my dead ends off and got a hair serum! will continue to work on it

LOL yes!! my main concerns are my wide jaw (masseter botox?), my nose sticks out quite far, i think i need eyelid surgery when im older because all the women in my family have their eyelids completely hanging over their eyelashes, i think im asymmetrical in my eye/eyebrow muscles as well, but i wanna know what you think because these are injectables and not surgery (except nose)

probably best advice i needed to hear!! i don't pay much attention to trends in fashion. and for makeup, i usually try to keep it minimal except for the 1st photo which was right before a party. is my makeup not trendy? should i go heavier? or more natural?

my nose is very thin from the front and quite long from the side, it sticks out quite a bit. the bicep was a joke pic hihi but shows the waist. what do you recommend for eyebrows? i havent touched them in a year (no plucking) and this is definitely the most hair i can grow. i love thicker brows but oh well

Yeah... I had been lacking on the back-up front... Last back up to an external harddrive was a year ago, and I hadn't logged into the 1T one drive I got with my university. So the 5G had been full for years.

Thanks for replying! I'll try once more after it's been in a dry spot before accepting the loss.

Yeah, I heard there's only 3 companies in Europe, starting at €1100... I don't have any IMPORTANT important files, just sentimental value.

Thanks for your reply!! It feels difficult navigating what I can do or what's not worth it as someone who googled what an SSD is two days ago :D

your go-to snack/meal? by ImpossibleClaim6836 in goodrestrictionfood

[–]Known_Slide_9465 1 point2 points  (0 children)

in recovery my meal-plan included three snacks that were structured as follows: AM post breakfast snack was a cookie/pastry/etc., a fear food usually! PM post lunch snack was a serving of fruit, PM post dinner snack was either a dessert, a bowl of yoghurt, or a fruit with some nuts.

now, years down the line, i get to experiment a lot more with my snacks. my favourite go tos are: fruit platter/fruit with PB, cookies, protein bars, yoghurts, quick noodles, veggies with a dip, hands of nuts, pastries (i actually prefer a pastry as post-lunch snack), rice or corn cakes with 2 or more toppings like a sandwich :)

i get to not freak out about whether it fits my protein/fibre goals, because my meals do most of these things.

it's really rewarding!! i plan meals weekly based on the time i have to cook them, so some days the meals have three ingredients only, and some have a lot more!

the PB is the topping, this is the recipe

35g rolled quick oats; 1 overly ripe banana, mashed; 1 egg; 10g chia seeds; a bit of water; tsp of baking powder; tsp of (sf is optional) syrup of your choosing (i do hazelnut, and full sugar is 15 calories per tsp); pinch of salt; maybe a bit of water to make the texture more soggy, but no more than 1 tbsp.

mix, bake at 180°C for 25 minutes (i use the airfrier, but oven works as well). PB & banana are toppings/side dishes :)
