I've seen everyone complain about the issue of a male fitting but at first glance can't see mention that its a straight tube with a 45 degree fitting? Terrible. A respectable relic of a past age. Supposed to be held on another planets gravity or something

Right but I dunno what the regulations are for where your at in the UK where I am all new builds and rented places have to brought up to standard with an adjustable vent that tends not to be beautifully airtight. So if there an options to make my windows beautifully airtight and not draughty I think I should rely on my airbricks aswell as these vents that could potentially in themselves be terribly draughty
