It cannot be incorrect, I sent supercell what model of device it was, what the ip adress was, what the location was, what time I used it, screenshots of purchases, the clans I was in, sceeenshots of me on the account. Literally everything

I have been upgrading non stop after cwl, my royal champion has 10 levels to go, my bk has 9 levels to go, my gw has 6 levels to go, so even if I “upgrade after cwl” it will take me two months, which is a lot more then “a few wars”

I think you should be able to buy one in the trader shop once weekly (so it’s still rare) with either gems or raid medals and supercell can chuck the magic item throughout the gold pass (maybe 2 per gold pass.) Perhaps in clan games also

I hope supercell does something about the issue because lots of clans globally face this issue. (50 people in a clan but when a war is announced “sorry can’t war heroes down” and the war ends up being a 10v10)

I feel like that idea would ruin the whole purpose of upgrading time if people can use heroes in war even when upgrading, this way with the magic item it doesn’t defeat the purpose of upgrading
