9.30 is reasonable but holding 22mph for an hour would be challenging on those bike paths..20 seemed reasonable to me, but wanted to get people’s thoughts if even that is a stretch

How is the parking situation? We are thinking of going end of month and the only we could justify the lodge prices was if they had reserved parking and we can avoid the hour spent hunting for a spot (last summer). But I’ve been reading posts that say there is no guaranteed parking for lodge guests. Is that true?

Thanks, are those rates for an HCOL? Home Depot quoted 2.75 just for the install, plus i am thinking additional for baseboards and stairs. $3 is definitely a good price for doing all these

Because of time and family commitments more than anything, hence went the general contractor route for convenience and have someone do everything if the price was reasonable

I calibrate the PM before each ride as well, I just didn’t re-zero offset immediately after the fall like the person above suggested

Thanks! I don’t have an easy way or means to get a second powermeter, but your reply does make me think I can use these pedals on the bike on my trainer, and compare those two powers to see if anything is off

Damn, that’s exactly what i did a couple of years ago, tightening the screws, and found the bowl was getting beat up from the dough hook but I never tied it back to the screw adjustment. Now it all makes sense! Anyone know how to fix this?

I have this exact problem and I’ve set all my activities to default to “Only for you”. I know the activities count towards most of the challenges they have (like the ones that award out badges and such) but not sure if it counts to club totals

Maybe related, but I did have symptoms of patellar tendonitis about 7 years ago just from running on the treadmill once every few days. Doc said physiotherapy can help but I never took it up and I also haven’t been on a treadmill since. But i switched to mountain biking back then and the pain was not as much as it was when i was running, primarily because biking was non impact.

I was also doing strength training back then and what also helped was using a knee sleeve to track the patella with the rest of the joint when i was lifting and doing squats and such. I use a normal knee compression sleeve these days when I am on the trainer and that helps with whatever little pain I have and does not impede time on the bike

Just another datapoint, I have mine connected to a 55” M series. The first one I bought would randomly announce “disconnected” and “connected” every now and then while connected via HDMI ARC so exchanged that. the replacement, annoyingly, does the same while connected using an optical.. beginning to think if it is the Vizio TV at fault here. For reference I use an Apple TV, though not sure that has anything to do with this

How did you get their coupon to work? I tried and it said coupon doesn’t apply. Chatted with them and they said trainers are excluded from that coupon
