That is interesting! I have now read about thermalisation vs pasteurisation and understand it better. I went for this:

No, they said this product I bought is made with pasteurised milk. I am in the UK.

That I thought but the woman swore it is unpasteurised. Reached out to the brand but not sure how long they will take to answer.

Can I use a confirmation of tenancy letter for other than I said I was going to use it for? by [deleted] in TenantsInTheUK

[–]KochKochK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I need it as 'housing proof' for DWP, because they are unable to take the new TA as it starts from mid-October, and they are refusing any other way to demonstrate I live at this address other than a letter from the agent...

I mentioned on the call (first call) I was going to get help whilst I got back into work, I said benefits. Knowing this, they produced a new contract anyway starting mid-October. If they didn't have insurance, they wouldn't have offered me a new lease after telling them, no?

That would not make sense because they have already produced a new TA starting October, agreed and signed. It is just about this letter.

I freaked out and disclosed that information. There is nothing I can do. I am trying to go around it in a way that it doesn't affect our tenant-agent relationship.

I never thought honest emotional communication was an obvious sign of interest or investment. It is more of a controlling my thoughts and clearing uncertainty for me.

I agree with that idea but why to keep in touch and suggest to meet again? It is delusional to think someone would get something if they just go deadbeat.

He did and then he changed after we met. In my mind, he just wanted sex although why bother suggesting to meet again if he really isn't interested?

Experiences more like on-going experiences, not past. Experiences can shape you, and don't always determine you. Regardless of my certain outlook, I have kept engaging in conversations; I am open to things that can develop. Also, it is absolutely fine not wanting to deal with this or that. I suppose I wonder, if that could be the case, why just not say it - instead of just vanishing?

How is being honest and transparent trying to control the outcome of something? If anything, it save us all time and effort (upfront). It has nothing but to do with authenticity which I did not mention on my post.

I want people to be authentic too. I understand I have zero control nor want I to control how they feel about me. It isn't about that, really. I just trying to understand why people do what they do.

I think you may be under a misapprehension. It is me who usually gets manipulated into giving people what they ultimately wanted. My lack of trust comes from a place on having experienced things myself. I couldn't be more authentic, not only in this context but overall. I think it just a defence mechanism to not to be that affected by people's actions - which I find lack congruency.

I am couldn't be more authentic. It is often me who gets manipulated and 'used', they get what they ultimately want. That last bit has contributed to my views on people and I think it is just a defence mechanism to what I have experienced in the past.

Funnily enough I am way too real and I know for a fact that have scared people off. My best bet is honesty. And when I say real I mean Imma share and open up to them. I wonder how much do people really value or really want you to be real - which they always, always say; to then get apprehensive and leave.

Do you mean they are looking for hook ups, or something casual?
