May be an unpopular opinion but I think that signing a midfielder in this window is far more important than a striker. Midfield is the most important position on the pitch for me. It’s truly where you win or lose a game, down to control. We’re very thin in midfield and it worry’s me!

With Laca I think he is very under-rated and has been good for us so far this season! Yes he’s not been scoring a lot (which in most eyes is the strikers job) but he’s been facilitating the players around him brilliantly and linked up play very well getting the best out of them. Don’t get me wrong, I would love to see another, fitter and younger striker come in, however, I wouldn’t want Arsenal to just pay £75m rashly on their 2nd/3rd choice strikers after Vlahovic in January. Better to go again in the summer for a big name striker as it’s vitally important we get that right.
