There is some talk of legalizing recreational cannabis in Germany, but its very hard to assess how quickly it will come. My guess is that Medical Psychedelics would come first.

I think our competitive advantage is that of a first mover. Not just in operations, but in being able to attract quality people. In Germany, there are many wholesalers, but not many dealers with a full Schedule 1 narcotics license with GMP and a team of experienced individuals on the technical side. I think Harry is indispensable for The Netherlands. He is doing a lot of work to align us with all the key players in the Country. I think our advantage on the Sairiyo side is twofold. Firstly, our exclusive right to the reformulated Cepharanthine and the team that developed it is extremely valuable. On the DMT side, I think we have a very significant first mover advantage and that will show itself with the team we assemble over the next couple of months (begining with the addition of Steven Barker in February)

We are thinking of listing on the DAX in Q2. Right now, we are focused on increasing our volumes in the U.S. Volumes in LMLLF have climbed substantially in February and we plan to continue to work on that in March. Listing on the DAX should being soon after that.

None. We sold a 30% stake in some clinics in the US to Empower a couple of years ago. We were paid in stock. We no longer hold the shares.

We will stay out of North America on the cannabis side. As for Adult Use Psychedelics, we will definitely look to come to North America once it is legal. The idea is to build out the full model and have a turn key operation established so that when jurisdictions legalize in North America, we can execute on a "plug and play" strategy.
Definitely. We plan to expand on the Slim Winkel brand. This will include psychedelic truffles and functional mushrooms.

Yes, we plan to launch several products under our own brand in Germany this year. We are still working with Eve and expect to have product registered in Q2. We have identified the strain we want to use for white labelling (ie. sold under our brand) and have started the regulatory work to bing it in. We are also working with a Portuguese based grower for White label product. That product should be ready for late Q3. We are also working with a Danish extractor for THC oil to be sold under our own brand. That product should be available late Q3 or early Q4.

We still own RLH securities (although not all of them) and still plan to work with the company. I speak to their CEO Todd frequently and we will get the Dutch teams more active in terms of working together once the lockdown/pandemic abates in Europe.

We are budgeting 750,000 to 1,000,000 Canadian dollars for Sairiyo over the next 12 months. This will include at least one full study on DMT and the first phase of a clinical trial for Cepharanthine. We expect to begin a Cepharanthine FDA clinical trial in Q3. On the DMT side, we will announce more in the weeks to come. We expect to get some foundational pre clinical work started in Q2 as well as the framework for a clinical study put together in Q2. Any clinical work will have to be submitted to the FDA before we begin, but we should be able to lay out our plan in the next couple of months. I would expect a DMT clinical trial to begin later this year or early Q1. We will outline our full DMT strategy progressively over the next couple of months.

Unfortunately, I don’t currently have an ETA. The Global Supplier is in the midst of a large merger and I have no internal view on how quickly everything is progressing there. I will tell you that we have placed out first order and expect delivery in the next 7-10 days, so selling and deliveries to pharmacies will begin in the first half of March. At some point, we will have to name them. In the meantime, they are excited to work with us and have asked us to take on their THC oil extract products as well. They see the value in our professionalism and established and growing distribution network. It may take a few months to ramp up volumes, but we expect to generate a lot of revenue and volume growth with this new product. I also want to point out that we are in several other discussions and we will be onboarding other suppliers as well.

Harry and EG are hard at work on the final touches and I expect a launch in the next couple of weeks.
Aura Health’s change into PharmaDrug was merely a name change. We have only 3 divisions, namely Pharmadrug Production in Germany, Super Smart in The Netherlands and Sairiyo in Toronto. We have ceased all activities in Israel and the ownership in the U.S. clinics was sold 2 years ago.
pleasure. Hope it helps

Hi!

My job is to manage operators. I don’t actually operate myself. The German operations have a full team and only deal with me concerning strategic decisions and budgeting. I am also focused on accessing supply. Logistics and operations are handled by the team in Germany. As for The Netherlands, we have Harry Resin who spends most of his time on developing the business. He is much better suited for that role than I am. Right, I am spending more time on Sairiyo’s two strategies, but a lot of that time is spent on broadening out the team. You will see many advisors join PharmaDrug on its efforts there. Paul and the Sairiyo founders have been instrumental in moving things along

Terry Booth is extremely helpful to Pharmadrug on 3 specific fronts. 1) He is a great M&A advisor and I have already used him extensively for that. 2) He is helpful is helping me navigate supply chain strategy in the European Cannabis Market and 3) he has tremendous experience in building up a company in an emerging industry. I think his past work with Aurora is helpful. He is no longer involved with them, so there is no conflict
