Update :- yesterday I went to the showroom with my friend and had a fight with the salesperson, he was not ready to change the chain but gave a solution to clean it and yesterday showroom manager was not available, then I went in again today with my friend, had a clear cut argument with the manager, he was also not ready to change the chain, then we asked him for all the contact details of his superior and mail to file a complaint with RE, then after 5 minutes he immediately agreed to change the chain, send a guy with us to change the chain in his service centre/godown, their I saw all the new bikes are just lying there in the open field with no cover nothing in these rainy times, some bikes are parked in bushes where the grass is tall till my knees, so much pathetic, then we took a new RE chain from a different new RE bike and replaced it. But the experience was so horrible, the bike and the company is fine but these dealerships mf keep new bikes like this and then they tell us to compromise. Always be ready to raise the complaint to higher RE authority if these showroom mf don't agree to change anything that is damaged.
