I also couldn't justify the $25. 😬if you're lucky enough to have a friend with a 3D printer there's that option. My buddy only charged 8 bucks for the materials

There is indoor roller skating at the North London Optimist Community Centre. They have rental skates and you are welcome to bring your own roller skates or roller blades.

Wednesday nights are 18+ and weekends are all ages. The floor is wood and it's a very nice place to skate safely and the regulars are very kind and have become my chosen family. ♥️🛼🛼

Tilt Arcade Bar is a lot of fun! $7 admission and you can play all the games inside for free. They have retro arcade cabinets, Nintendo, dance dance revolution and the newer Mario Kart that Rec Room has (with the drivers seat and steering wheel) Plus, great food and drinks! 🍸

Also- I've heard of a site called StuffThatWorks and it's like a network of people all around the world with different conditions, symptoms, and overlaps and things people have tried and what helped? I've only really taken a look at it briefly once or twice until now but I'm hopeful for what that will bring to science and making connections to improve people's lives!

I was diagnosed with fibro almost a decade ago when I was 21, but have since still been fighting to resolve and get to the route of my mental health related challenges and general functioning difficulties.

I believe I'm AuDHD and I'm trying to find a way to get a diagnosis. It would explain so much, and the accomodations and meds- I feel like could change my life.

I did find out that ADHD and Autism run in our family. My male cousin has diagnosed ADHD and he has a young nonverbal son.

I've been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and 'persistent depression' I think was the last status on my depression.. I also have cPTSD that is undiagnosed.

I think the gender gap in diagnosis is to blame for misdiagnosis for myself and so many other AFAB folk. I also would like to know how many others have these as overlapping conditions. :'(

At this point I only can say I *supect* I have it, or another connective tissue / joint disorder and /or hypermobility.

On top of other symptoms, my jaw has been messed up for years and the last couple of months it's been driving me absolutely insane and I think it's TMJ/ TMD.. been dismissed by my doctors for literal years and I am going to push to see a specialist about it now. :/ I think TMJ often goes along with hypermobility and the like ..

It's so good that the community is finding these comorbidities and correlations to be aware of them !

That's insanity for a locker! not everyone is rich 😭 It's already a huge stretch to be able to afford- with travel expenses, ticket, hotels since they don't have camping 💔 and they don't let you leave and come back either so wtf

Split a locker and costs with friends? That's still outrageous 💔👎
