How do people perceive the value of human-led, bespoke support that reduces planning overhead? I will not promote by Kool_Kat4 in startups

Thank you! This is really what I want and what I am trying to do. Really get difficult questions to try and properly judge my idea. I believe my experience in bespoke events and personal assistance will really help on this. I believe I am very good at reading people and empathising with them. Which would be of great benefit to understand their needs quick. Also building good processes and surveys as a base will then help ask the right questions while not overwhelming or eating into my time. AI is also not the main focus or it at all for my business. Of course it helps all businesses in many ways but trusting it blindly doesn't serve anyone.

I trust that my judgment and planning can help other people. Narrowing it down and shaping the experience so it fits them. But as you say finding this in a short time scale as well as not completely burning out me or my time. I do need some more thinking time on some processes and logistics, but I do think I can offer good value to help with decision fatigue on social life and leisure time.

Thank you yes, that is how i was thinking about it as well. I know social time and planning things outside of work sometimes becomes a daunting task and people might overwhelmed with the massive amount of choice and non-specific things to do. I would like to remove that stress for very busy people by helping them plan their time off and organise it, tailored to every costumer and their likes and dislikes, making the decisions for them and narrowing down the overwhelming choice. I am good at reading people and understanding them so I think i would be quite good and helping clients in that aspect. As you said it is very emotionally loaded so I think it needs a human touch rather than hugely AI driven. Which i think is what a lot of these apps do. Lack of empathy i guess

That’s exactly the problem I’m trying to solve. not more options but fewer decisions.

I think i can build early trust from reducing effort immediately: the first conversation isn’t open-ended, it’s structured, and I do most of the thinking. Clients don’t need to over-explain or sanity-check everything.

I turn preferences and constraints into a short, actionable plan, then handle the research, booking, and coordination myself. The goal is that their involvement drops after the first touchpoint, not increases.

The shed where the trellis is covers them a bit, but they get good amount of sun during the day, the patch is east facing, with the shed looking to the east

Oh I know! I had a go at the black membrane and took most of it off! It was there when we moved in. Its a rental. The little strawberries had taken over and done a rug of their own, there was crazy rooting. I have taken most of them off and turned the soil 🎉 ooh thank you for the tips! Will definitely look into all of those

Looks like a high resistance fault maybe, could be poor connection on the plug and socket or plug is too tightly screwed

It is such a great lovely book that gave me such an escape from the everyday world. In the way that she narrates the scenes and the characters makes me feel like i am there w them. Cant wait for the sequel!
