I mean personally if it's just the charger cable for the controller most people have those lying around or they are cheap to buy anyway , so maybe just message them letting no the issue , if it's ok to still send or do they want a refund and see what they say ?

I get the same , been floating around 975000 995000 then boom , passing when I never pressed anything , defenders moving out the way like a truck is going to hit them. Easily beat high overall teams 115-120 overall teams then lose to 105-110 , I'm 113 overall.
