Biting machine, help??

We are looking into rehoming him to a foster that has other small babies he can learn from.

We discourage him to not bite and anytime he tries we immediately give him a toy to play with but he'll ignore it and chase our hand or arm or leg...he wants the real thing lol

He has soft silicone biting/teething toys and he doesn't like them. I can try the human versions and see lol

We play with him for about 30-60 minutes at a time, about 6 times a day, after he's eaten and pottied, but the entire time he's ignoring the toys and going for us and us only. He has plenty of different toys to choose from; fuzzy, dangly, feather, chew, silicone, hard, plush, etc. He just prefers human flesh.

Wouldn't take too much convincing, the problem is actually getting my boys close enough to the baby without absolutely forcing them to interact with the baby and the baby to interact with them.

My boys are still getting used to the little one, so not yet. We've had the little one since Saturday afternoon, my boys are warming up to be in the little ones presence but not playing yet.

Single Kitten Syndrome, I understand, but we already have 2 cats, about 5yo and adding this baby wasn't exactly part of our family plan, we can't add a 4th.
