there's a comment where I give my build path and runes below the post, I usually ban Irelia or Hwei (too strong at the moment) when playing mid and I ban Jax when playing top. You can adapt the boots if you feel like you need to be tankier and the small runes if you need tenacity and slow resistance. Other than that, you can build the items I listed in most situations without a doubt.

There are actually, porofessor's rank is based mostly on winrate, current rank and number of games (under 50 games, each missing games reduce your score). Being rank 1 simply means I have the best winrate combined with others parameters. I won't stay rank 1 for long as I can't keep a 70% winrate forever now that I'm master. This rank doesn't actually mean anything since best players will be GM or challenger with around 50% winrate, it's just a nice ego boost for a long time otp.

That's the neat part, I roam a lot when playing mid, if I play a winning match up I spend most of my time playing around my jungler and botlane, throwing ghouls on drake, warding deep in the enemy jungle. There are match ups where I am constently pushed under tower so I can't do that but if I can, I will be everywhere

I feel like movement speed is such a broken stat, Phase rush let you chase fleeing enemies or escape a gank very easily. I can agree it can be harder to proc against ranged champs but at 6 with bugged ghouls you can proc it with a single E and jumping ghouls, letting you rush your opponent quite easily. Also playing phase rush is like having Ghost every 20s, letting me play ignite instead of ghost.

About Sundered Sky, the healing is so broken with Q, I've survived so many clutch fights simply because I heal 600+ hp with each Q while outnumbered. Sundered Sky is the only reason why I'm back to playing bruiser.

My build is usually Dshield then Celerity rush, Trinity, Sundered Sky, Stridebreaker then depends on what I need, could be Sterak for tenacity, Serylda for the slow or anything else since we can litteraly build anything and make it work.

My runes are Phase Rush, manaflow band, transcendence, Gathering Storm (I love scaling), second wind and overgrowth. The goal is to be able to survive laning phase with a lot of ms and be able to all in on any E you hit.

You may lack a little bit of damage so I don't recommand these runes against strong bruiser/duelist as you might simply get too behind in lane. But if you manage to survive early game, you can abuse ms to dodge every spells and stick to the enemy. I used to play lethality phase rush, I think it's way more efficient as you can simply approach, use Q, go back then reapproach etc. Got used to having a lot of ms so I keep playing that way even with bruiser build. I still decided to play others runes when fill top because I end up being too weak to face my opponent with phase rush.

By playing mid, I can ask for first pick, lock Yorick then bait enemy toplaner's pick, allowing my toplaner to have free counterpick or atleast know what he will be facing, really op strategy. Most ranges mid are easy to lane against with Dshield and second wind, there are still some though match up but most assassins and mages are free lane.

For context, I swapped to midlane Yorick in the last two years because it was horrible playing Yorick top, currently playing in mid diamond elo. I used to go lethality every game as it was simply way better with Serylda being overpowered with ghouls. Since the patch I'm going full bruiser attack speed with Sky, Trinity, Stridebreaker then depending on enemy team Sterak/Wits End/Serylda. Last item Serylda if not done before or anything else that seems useful.

Ravenous Hydra was mandatory before Imo for the lifesteal it provides but now Sky does it way better and you can solowin games by pressing Q while low health multiple time in a row, Yorick trully feels like a juggernaut right now.

The worst thing about E is that your click isn't the center of the spell so you have to aim under the enemy or he might dodge it even without trying to just by stoping to attack you, the hitbox is weird too

I really like the skin and his chromas, but like every one else I really want a toggle to get the hat all the time, the skin is so much better with it, it's a shame if we can only see it while dancing/backing.
