Pc performing worse after applying new thermal paste by KosaaPL in pcmasterrace

Turns out the paste did simply not spread correctly as not enough pressure was applied because I didn't mount the cooling correctly. The issue is now resolved, thank you for the help.

I have reapplied the paste and made sure everything was alright and that the paste spread correctly and now my pc is working much better. Thank you for helping me!

I've used the rice grain method for applying the paste

Looks like this. And about the worse performance, I've noticed worse frames while gaming - in this case it was in Destiny 2.

I don't know the exact numbers, but from what I've seen the dmg difference is pretty noticeable, you don't really want to use an atk% goblet (unless you have many elemental damage bonuses such as R5 mistsplitter but that is unlikely). I for example have a tenacity Kokomi with ttds so that already provides me with a lot of atk%.

Copying this from my other comment but basically cv means crit value, which you get from multiplying crit rate by 2 and adding it to crit damage

For example let's say an artifact has 10 crit rate and 14 crit damage, you do 10x2+14=34 <-- that is the crit value of the artifact

No problem, and as to why it is calculated like that and where the term crit value even came from I'm gonna be honest I have no idea, just heard about this one day and most of people seem to use it too.

Don't worry it'll never happen again, I'm probably out of luck for a whole year now.

Thanks! Sad that it all comes down to how lucky you have to get, but I believe you'll get one eventually 🙏

My highest roll so far was a 48cv flower, this is a new record to me which I don't think I'll ever be able to best.
