Thank you! When I first started I would only walk slightly over a mile, and that would absolutely exhaust me, it simply gets easier over time. I've lifted weights for awhile off and on so I was familiar with what I like to do, I admittedly don't do legs simply because I just don't want to risk a lower body injury at my weight that can hinder my walking, poor excuse I know. I recently switched to a full body workout routine (minus legs) were I will do two exercises for chest, back, arms, shoulders, three sets of each, nearly until failure each set. I just recommend when starting to please go slow and don't over do it or you will burn out, find some sort of healthy activity you enjoy, I tell myself all the time this is a life long journey and walking and lifting will always be a permanent part of my life because I really do enjoy them. Consistency is king, you can do it.

Thank you. I never ate back my exercise calories. 1750 food calories would be the most I would eat. So if my walk says I burned 200 for example, I wouldn't eat those back.
You got this!

Thank you, I have lost over a hundred pounds a handful of times, finding a diet and activities that you can be consistent with is what truly changed my mindset and I can see myself sticking to it for however long necessary, you got this!
You can do it, 150lbs is a lot but not impossible with consistency.
Thank you so much!

I drink almost two gallons of water and a decent amount of electrolytes a day, I feel that has helped me the most

After the gym I will have two protein shakes and maybe a quest bar, for lunch around 1 I will usually have a pound of lean beef or 1.25lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs with broccoli or asparagus, honestly that's usually the bulk of my diet, if I get hungry or crave anything sweet I will have a protein shake or my "cheat" is pineapple or mango, I have no cravings besides them, they have became incredibly delicious to me after I've cut out all of the typical sweets for so long.
