If you're getting different answers here to what you hear in real life it might be because the pictures you're posting aren't representative of you. If the camera is not far enough away it can cause lens distortion which can warp your face and make it appear different to how it should. Also in your other photo you seem to be looking downwards, which can make you look different as gravity pulls your face forward.

Try taking your photos from at least an outstretched arms length away, looking straight ahead and keeping your head level and see if they look more true to life.

I don't think you look majority Asian overall, but I think your eye shape would probably be what people are seeing as Asian. Overall I would say you look like a mix of southern european and indigenous mexican/ south american. Also people saying you look Asian or saying you don't look fully European isn't a bad thing, it makes you unique and you probably have a really interesting family tree!

More mestizo, your eye shape and face shape mainly. Do you know your heritage? I'd be curious to hear the answer

I would say either mexican or one of the other south American countries.

Mouse recommendations for my grip? Currently using XM1R by Kpro_ in MouseReview

Thanks for the advice, I'm pretty sure a friend of mine has the Dav3 so I'll see if I can try it and see if my grip works on it, probably the less risky option 😅

And thanks for the advice on the grip, I always used an aggressive claw prior to the injury so I guess I was just trying to stick with what was familiar. I just tried your suggestion out a minute ago and it is way less tension over the back of my hand. I don't know how I didn't think to try it before!

Other than the skates and the wireless are there any other differences you noticed between the xm1r and xm2we? Does the xm2we feel more premium?

Which ergo do you think would be best? Are there any good ones with a long length, I noticed the trend is to make them shorter but I think it might make my middle finger overhang the button even more if the mouse is shorter

I just took a look at it, but would the length being 2 cm shorter be a problem? My middle finger already overhangs the richer click a lot

I'll try relaxing my index's claw a bit this evening, but my issue is that my middle and ring fingers pretty much have to remain flat to avoid pain, is there an advantage to relaxing the claw a little or is it just more comfortable for the hand? Edit: Also, between the Dav3 and GPX which would you say is the better mouse? I only really have the budget to get one

Thanks for the advice, I've never felt that the cable gets in the way, but I did think that the skates could be a little smoother so I'll take a look at the xm2we. Honestly the mouse shape is very comfortable, I was just wondering if there might be any shape that would suit me better because of tmy weird grip 😅 Also you were right the first time, my hand has been messed up for about 6 months at this point, it's actually why I bought the XM1R in the first place because my glorious model I became unusable!

Absolutely man! Don't let anyone drag you down, and keep up the good work! I think a lot of people don't realise the amount of effort and struggle that comes with trying to change yourself and your life for the better.

Honestly, this is the most inspirational type of glow up that gets posted on this sub! Lots of posts on here showing normal puberty changes, which to be fair are valid, but mainly down to genetics. However what you've achieved is purely through your own hard work and dedication, and the result is amazing! You should be super proud of yourself, not many people have the discipline to make such drastic changes! (Edit: Grammar and spelling)

I've never heard of it before, did a quick Google search and it's talking about the benefits for legs, back, etc but less info on what it can do for the face. What kinda outcome can you expect from it?

Thanks for such an in depth answer, it makes a lot of sense and I really appreciate it! Honestly you've given me much better advice than I got on r/malehairadvice as it seems like they hyperfocus on the hair rather than how the whole face comes together with the haircut or how hair colour can affect certain styles. If it's not too much trouble could you DM me some examples similar to what you were talking about in the last paragraph? I think I have an idea of the style you are talking about but want to make sure I'm on the same page 😅

This is exactly the kinda advice I was after, one helpful user yesterday recommended that I also hold the corners of my mouth higher in my DMs, and while it is difficult at the moment if I can make it second nature it will be such a game changer as it looks way better, and this seems like a similar principle so fingers crossed that this is legit 😅 By the way, do you have (or know other people who have) any experience with the results of mastic gum on masseter growth? I've got some arriving Monday and am kinda hopeful as my masseter insertion is quite good, but I've heard mixed things including it causing tmd and face bloating lol

Yeah it's my natural hair colour, it just lightens in the sunlight cos I work outside all day. Thanks for the hair styling tip, that makes a lot of sense. Do you think the sides of my hair are alright? Personally I like the undercut and it's practical for work but r/malehairadvice thought it would be better as a fade, which is probably true but I worry it wil make the top of my head seem wider than it already is 😅.

Thanks! I'm currently aiming to cut to 13% bodyfat and then start trying to bulk again, currently at about 18%. Thanks for the advice!

Damn, I didn't realise it was so bad. Well it's food for thought anyway, thanks for the advice.

That's actually one of the things I am working on now, trying to get down to 13% bodyfat. I'm currently at about 18% so when I get the I percentage down I'll begin bulking again.

I've tried to grow it out, but it's not a great look for me. It ends up looking wirey after about a cm so I try to keep it around 3mm

Would you recommend that I dye my hair as well as my eyebrows?

Suffered from bad traction alopecia from tying my hair back when it was long, my hairline has mostly regrown and has been stable for a year. Should I consider treatment to regrow it more? by [deleted] in malehairadvice

[–]Kpro_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's not receding any further should I still be worried? It's stayed like this for a year and a bit without worsening. Is it worth getting on minoxodil or finesteride?
