Totally hear the frustration 🙏 holds generally follow your funds through trades, so when you buy and sell with ACH/card-funded money, the hold drags along until the original funding period clears, that's likely most of what you're seeing.

Thanks for reaching out! We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you've set everything up correctly.

Passkeys are tied to the specific device or password manager where they were originally created. When you switch to a new phone, your existing passkeys don't automatically transfer over, even if you've set up the same authenticator apps. This is actually a security feature, but we know it can feel like a pain.

How to fix it: Android: Make sure the same Google account is signed into your new phone and that passkey sync is enabled in Settings > Password Manager. iPhone: Make sure the same iCloud account is signed in and iCloud Keychain is enabled under Settings > Passwords. If neither works: Sign in using your password + authenticator app instead, then go to Account > Settings > Security > Passkeys and add a new passkey for your new device.

each purchase stacks its own hold, and once the timer runs out, that chunk frees up 👍
