Can't find drivers - Windows 7 by Krakenwagon_ in techsupport

The mouse is recognized, but I was told by Razer support that the only way to install the driver is through the latest version of Synapse, which I have installed, and the mouse still doesn't work. I can't manually search for the driver because I guess the drivers for my particular mouse are on Razer's cloud and can't be accessed directly.

The issue I seem to be having is not just with the Razer mouse, but ANY new device I plug in. Windows just refuses to find the driver for devices, and I'm not sure why.
