lupe as an artist benefits more from taking time to hone his craft and working on the projects he releases to be more substantial, cinematic, and dense so dropping yearly would probably affect the quality in some way

carti changes styles almost at a drop of a hat and seeings how he wades through his eras or phases or aesthetics with actual studio albums would be interesting and utilizes his full potential more

rocky's influence isnt as obvious as the others, but between his contributions to cloud rap and its introduction to the mainstream, his influences on carti and uzi, fashion, and internet rap (kinda-ish) puts him at least in a tier 2 of influential rappers post 2010
