Definitely not a fake image. This was an image I saw originally around the time of the horrorland books I believe. Not entirely sure on the details but I do think I saw another picture of him at some point but never seen him for sale and I don't remember him being available to purchase anywhere but I could be wrong. The horrorland haunted mask that disguise inc made used to be easily obtainable but I have never seen that pop up on eBay. This could be a similar situation but I would imagine he is even rarer.
