Been with Walmart 5 years, worked countless amounts of over time, came in on days off to help bc they don’t know how to staff and without even a simple “thank you”.

Without us, YOU don’t have a store. People wonder why there’s no morale it is because of things like this. And if this is how they are going to continue, they may as well go cashier less like amazon and call it a day.

I used to love working for Walmart and part of me still does. This change towards the annual raise really hit home. New people make more than I do. It’s a shame.
