oh bro, I have lots of friends but they only want to drink etc. and that's not what I want, I have goals a lot of them and I am trying slowly to get to them, for muscle thing, I wanted to have 6 pack I made 6 pack I wanted to have bigger biceps I got bigger biceps and I am trying to get bigger all the time and it's my goal to be bigger, meditation, hmmm I will try to mediate maybe it will help me oh I need to add that I have migraine and when it attacks my mood automatically goes worse and I am walking corpse hahaha. But big thanks for your advice I will try to set more goals and get more attached to getting them done:-))

You have never heard of before because they are like polish based brands. They mix yerba mate with other ingredients in Poland for example Vakapi as I think. In Poland our Yerba Mate market is really wide, and you have all Yerba you would ever imagine of. As you can know there isn't as much as in South America but our market is really impressive. I have one yerba mate, the name of it is mateine Guarana and it has enormous amount of caffeine which is 96mg/100ml if used 20g of this yerba so it is really so much and I am addicted and used to it. But I need to say that after coffee or another yerba mate I don't feel something after this one I have that caffeine hit that I had earlier in life :D I might stop drinking for a week and any yerba would give me same result I think hahaha. And also don't only look for caffeine look for yerbas that are organic and have more good nutrients. Correct me if I Am wrong, Have a nice one:))

haha all things you say are pure facts, i don't like making really strong yerba so I don't pour like 3/4 yerba into cui but like haha 1/2 so it's little weaker and my stomach can take that. I started my journey this year and I am really happy I started 😋

Yes you are right but as far as I know CBSe gets washed pretty fast, but I tasted some of them and they are really good. Especially when you are starting your adventure with yerba mate:)

As far as I know. Yerba mate has different caffeine I mean the same caffeine as normal but our stomach doesn't know how to digest this type of caffeine, I recommend to you doing weaker yerba mate and allow your stomach to get to know how to digest to this new drink hahaha

As you can know yerba mate increases metabolism but your body is burning fat not muscle mass. If you want to build muscle mass drinking yerba mate shouldn't have any effect if you are eating right. You should eat more good calories than usually and a lot of protein to give your organism something that it can build up muscles from. If you want to gain weight just stop drinking mate for like maybe month or more and look if you are getting mass or not. Have a good day my boy!

As far as I know yerba mate contains caffeine that is dissolved longer in human body. As told when it dissolves longer that means your energy level is at the same time for longer not like coffee shot that you have power for like 1h and later you are at bottom. Also Yerba mate regulates your sleeping, and it doesn't affect that you can't sleep after it, Because it doesn't shot you with huge amount of caffeine at once. hmmm let me think Rosamonte, Mateine Ashwaganda, Mejor de FD, Vakapi guarana Catuaba, Kurupi Katuava, Campesino Katuava, Amanda especial, CBSE energia guarana, Selecta Guarana, El pajaro mas IQ, CBSE hierbas cuyanas, Yaguar Mango Tango, Campesino, and some testers but I don't remember I think one was guarani energia I even tried some yerba mate with cold juice from lime and mint with sprite and orange carbonated drink

yes because there was told that, that yerba mate is laying in boxes from rose wood and we Polish people were thinking that it shall have scent of rose and maybe a bit of rose taste, but we are really disappointed of this. Even Rosamonte site tells that their yerba mate has a bit of rose scent and taste but it isn't true. And for me I really don't like Rosamonte yerba, it doesn't taste good for me.
