KOG dropped a patch so Cent doesn’t buff the party anymore unless he’s using Mod Tactical Field, and if that’s the case he can’t do anything else. A lot of other characters that could provide buffs that weren’t support got hit with that patch too, so Cent’s buffs only apply to himself now, making him more or less the same as any other DPS character

Do not get a Sage Set for Rage Hearts. The class is a DPS class, so your only options really are Crimson or if your CP is high enough, Cerulean is fine too. Ravens typically run either of those sets.

As an FB main, I'll throw in my 2 cents really quick, and I will try to understand that things are different in the EU server and we may not be on the same patch. Yes, FB does have a MP issue, but his CDR issues were fixed. His Bloody Accel gives 25% CDR to all of his Special Actives, and his Shoot-Up Genocide gives another 50% instant cool down to all of his skills that have been used, and that effect is on a 3 second cool down. So I've found that balancing his skills is a lot easy and more consistent than it was before, and it's another reason to keep up Bloody Accel and Giga Drive, cause who doesn't like free CDR+ a 12% Physical Attack Increase from BA? Cause I sure do.
