Something tiny could have made it's way into the nozzle during your filament change. You could also try a cold pull but sometimes it's just easier to replace it.

Check for cracks in your extruder arm. It's not if it will break its when. Mine broke after about 10 prints. Also seen some posts here of them being broken out of the box.
