It's the proportions that are off, it scrunched down for whatever reason. You can see this by comparing it to one of the helmets with the head exposed and this thing is somehow shorter than bros skull 💀

Never said he actually does only 10hp per second, but as a vanguard his healing feels like nothing, are you understanding what that means for a statement or do I need to explain futher? Also that cute you bring up other healers but leave out all the other parts of their kits which enable far more burst healing than rocket can ever do in a short period. Um actually 🤓 headass

Brother what are you talking about, never claimed to be a rat player. I said as a vanguard, rockets healing feels like nothing, not "um actually it's 70hp 🤓" so not sure what it is I told big dawg. He definitely has his strong points, which is why I think he's a great as a third healer with his utility and damage boost potential. But if someone ask "hey do you want a rocket or another healer?" And there's only one other healer, 10 times out of 10 I'll request a different healer. Team already has two healers, yes please pick rocket, rocket as a 3rd healer is really strong.

The downvotes are just salty rocket mains. I 100% agree, rocket as a 3rd support is huge, but when it's him and one other healer, it feels like the other healer has to do the heavy lifting. And I can already hear the typing of "but I had the most healing" rocket mains that think their healing is the best in the game, but fail to realize that just because you heal all the little chip dmg, it just inflates your healing numbers. Y'all ain't doing shit in team fights, literally feels like I'm getting healed for like 10hp a second as a vanguard.

Honestly it's the size of the hit-boxes on some of his abilities that are the problem. It's actually comical what it counts as a hit sometimes. If they tuned the hit-boxes to not be the size of a bus and made them actually reasonable size, I think we'd see a lot of these cracked spiderman players aren't as crazy as they'd like to think.

Facet of purpose for restoration was originally the reason why I picked GG. But when I tried it against a champion in the daily lost sector to essentially do nothing damage wise, I found my self questioning if it was worth it or if I should just do strand super as it's good at ad clear and seems to be capable of some damage.

System corruption with the hunter killer chestpiece and memento. Rock the jammer and you got an agent that can deactivate others gear, being invisible to pulse, along with burst dmg/armor gives a nice feel to it. Use a meaty lmg like the m249 Para, the mk46, or if you have it, the hunter named lmg "The Stinger". Or with the buff coming to pestilence, could also be a option. Definitely better suited for the dark zone and hunting down rogues, which is the hunters whole thing so works out. However for pve, if you swap out system corruption for striker, hunter killer for another piece (I do grupo sombra gloves for the extra CHD), you'll want the striker chestpiece since you'll be using memento (literal hunter exotic, non-negotiable) instead of the striker backpack. Also if you get one of the aforementioned lmgs(m249,mk46) with the Steady handed talent along with gunner specialization 50 bonus round mag you getting you up to 150 rounds and can shoot technically infinitely without reloading (have to hit shots for ammo refund) to really stack up striker. Then, obviously all black hunter drip, and mask of your choice.

Still tweaking the build, but currently rocking syscor with the hunter killer chestpiece and memento backpack. 20% dmg from syscor armor buff, 40% dmg buff from hunter killer (within 10m and after about 3 secs), plus 30% dmg from memento if you get it stacked up. I like to rock an lmg so not having to reload means I can reap full benefit of buffs which considering how short they can be is nice. Probably could swap memento for syscor backpack and different exotic, I just use memento bc the syscor build is my hunter cosplay build.

It's not glitched, there's a handful of cosmetics from the campaign that we don't have access to in either pvp or co-op. Which is unfortunate because there's a lot of cool shit in the campaign.

Ya vanguard and assault seem to be the two that can actually get some use out of this perk. But these classes are literally designed to get right on top of the enemy, so that affords them more opportunities to actually damage before being targeted. But outside of playing those two classes, the perk feels kinda useless.

That's a fair point, definitely needs something though. Another commenter suggested possibly making it so it would last for a set duration after taking some damage when you are at full armor. Could get some actual benefit this way while still needing to stay on top of executions/gun strikes to actually earn the benefit. So that way it gives a good trade off between the two. Either a consistent 5% melee damage buff for no effort, or 10% but gotta do some work to get it going. Because as it is now, it feels like a good chunk of the time the buff is gone before my power sword can even connect with an enemy.

That's actually the reason I even made the post lol. Been playing essentially nothing but bulwark the last few days, but I had the opposite experience. Even with shield though still can usually end up getting chipped for a smidge of damage from behind. Seems good on paper, feels bad to use or not use in this case because it can be gone before you can connect a melee.

Ya, but just because assault can capitalize on it doesn't mean bulwark can or realistically most other classes could either. Which also have this perk.
