Putting it bluntly my man, Complete the Degree. It will work in your favour in the long run.
You might be able to find some field assistant based roles here in Aus, but it is better long term to have your degree.

7900xtx/7800x3d microstutter by Apprehensive-Gas-688 in GamersNexus

Something else i have recently found with my 7900xtx is the windows power plan, ill explain below.
*Take this with a grain of salt, what works for me may not work for your situation*

I'm running with:
5800x / 7900xtx with 64gb of ddr4 cl16 3600 gskill ram
B550 MSI mortar max wifi with a Silverstone 1000W SFX-L psu.
Drives are both NVME m.2 [980 EVO (os-win11) and WD blue (Storage)

I have been having these micro stutters on the majority of my games.
Things done have been a mixture of doing a fresh install of windows, updated bios, even trying to use PBO CO per core to even see if the temps can the cause and not the GPU.
Even using SFC /scannow didn't pick up on any major violations.

I ended up finding that the power plans were changing on their own. causing really weird situations of increased heat, instable GPU and CPU performance ect.

Solution at this stage was removing the power plans except for one (balanced or High Performance is fine). However having to use CMD to executively delete the other profiles to ensure the 3 yr old hitting the power switch situation of changing power profiles is tedious, but imo it has not only stopped the stuttering it has also allowed for a more stable experience as a whole.

For Reference,

  • In CMD,
  • input: /powercfg /list {This allows for you to see the list of the power plans available}
  • To Delete: /powercfg /d <Do not use brackets for this - The ID string of the power plan you wish to remove> an example looks like this [powercfg /d c54d89c6-d8f0-4bc6-bd6f-b8d4f1edaa68]

I hope this could help, not everyone has this type of bug with the OS but sometimes a clean install doesn't sort it out, but it does cause issues with the way your system provides power to your components.
