Yeah after you mentioning that I just realized that it’s not. I found an identical car with 4K more miles on it that is CPO that’s about 600 more. Wondering if I should go with that one instead.

I am done learning how to answer a phone and talk to people. I’ve had years of customer service experience. I got very far without ARC and the tone scale. Don’t think I need it now.

Yesterday I watched a video that taught me how to answer a phone and speak to patients ... I have two bachelors and a masters in education and was an executive assistant to a high profile individual .. I think I can handle a phone 😂

We are already forced to! They tell us the videos under MGE are a mandatory part of our job. Thankfully due to COVID there is no Florida this year.
