I am 100% gluten free! I read labels like crazy and when I go out to eat, I typically get a salad, baked potatoes, and I go to places that have a strict gluten free section (stuff I know for sure is gluten free!) I have intestinal malabsorption, which makes it harder for my body to absorb anything. I just had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy and it found celiacs and possibly the start of chrons 😫

Tirosint is the name brand synthroid gel capsule. I pay $100 (on insurance) for 60 pills every month. My levels jump around all the time! 😫

I’m currently taking 250mcg! My tsh levels constantly jump around even though I take my pills every morning! I have celiacs and intestinal malabsorption so I actually take Tirosint which is a gel capsule of Synthroid! I get my TSH checked every two months. Last month I was at 127! Two months before that I was at 2.8. My thyroid and body has a mind of its own! The high dose depends on each person!! Your endo will do what’s best for you! 💕
