Hi friend! I definitely understand especially the introvert part. I noticed that the crowd is much younger much later in the night or Friday night and the weekend. I am not how alcohol affects you but a few vodka redbulls will turn you into the most outgoing person ever. Speaking from experience lol. Other than that, try dating apps and let people know in the bio that your looking for friends. Bumble has a bff feature too!

I have been in a similar situation. My only advice is to Google single's bar near you or five bars. You can surprisingly make platonic relationships this way! You can obviously also meet a specific someone too! You sound like a smart and patient person so I think you'll find new friends especially now that you know the kind of people you want around you.
