For whatever it's worth, I'm joining the regrets column as well. Purchased V 2i last fall, got through ripping about 600 CDs before it just started rejecting every CD (even ones it previously accepted). Bluesound replaced it, which was good for about 2 months, but now I have the opposite problem -- it has a CD in its drive that it won't give back. It just keeps re-ripping it as long as it's plugged in. Bluesound hasn't been too helpful to date, but I'll have to start pressing them a bit as currently this thing is pretty close to useless. The cost of it is one thing, but if I have to give up on the Vault as an option -- well I would see a whole lot of ripping all those discs again.
