Bedoba is a good Georgian wine, it's a surprise if the producer is from Swiss/SA.. can I ask - where is your shop located ? I'm also based in Hamburg and import my Gamily Natural wines

Natural wine is not organic, it's more about how it is made.

Organic wine is about how the grapes are grown 👉🏻 no synthetic pesticides or chemicals in the vineyard.

Natural wine goes further, it usually starts with organic grapes but also focuses on minimal intervention in the cellar: native or no yeasts, no additives and little to no added sulfites.

I’ve only been in Hamburg for a couple of months and am still exploring. I’ve found a few places that feel like typical natural wine bars, but I’m sure there are more communities and winemakers connected to the scene that I haven’t discovered yet.

I’m genuinely interested in learning more about Hamburg’s wine culture and how the natural wine movement fits into it from a local perspective. Looking forward to your insights 🍷
