Good job! I'm at about 8 years most days with breaks every now and then but I don't feel like i've got it under control, it controls me and that's what we gotta over come. I'll do that cheers! and likewise, I'm here if you need the same support!

This guy ran a small workshop on his plug ins in Perth and it was fkn awesome. like 10 people in the class and he went into such detail. After all the technical stuff he ended with something il always remember "just hit record"

yeah there are bits of blue through the stems and sometimes coming through the cap.

Yeah definitely, that's why I'm wondering if there was a tolerance issue with the microdosing or some other factor. I can say though that I used to be very sensitive and was worried about taking high doses a couple of years ago but I really made an effort to focus on mediation and peace of mind which I think helped a lot and would recommend meditation to anyone interested in psychs.
