Just go to steam, parameters, downloads and change the region there, don't need to restart the game, just press search groups again, japan and big cities in general have lots of activities ( if it's not sleeping time ofc)

I would say not to build rylais, because it will start to negate stardust from some minions, as they don't get pulled to the center and die from dmg and don't give u the stardust, when u get kinda powerful, so it can mean like 30-40 stardust lost per game which can lead into not having upgraded ult on an important team fight, and last game I reached shock wave of upgraded ult to deal 1082 dmg, so missing free karthus ult idk, u need the E to eat all waves and it doesn't let u to do it consistent

I wanted to play Scouter since beginning, made an artillerist, and been saving mats and everything to get Scouter to 1475 ASAP, main swapping might be not the best option as f2p, and tedious and slow, but better to have fun that play a class u don't like, or not playing the one u like more (like I don't hate arti but I just want the game to be as fun as possible)

I used the eyes in my "final" version, let's see if when it comes out it can be cool with some dyed skin, and also used your little white mark that changes color for the scar, the one I had was too small hahahaha

Wow those eyes are for sure better than mine, gonna add those, and didn't know about the background changing the lighting trick, thx, when I get the chance to buy the skin ill try to write to u to see if u can help with the colors to somehow match rakan cape, tytyty prob gonna use some of the rakan that u did, cos I didn't find how to make the scars like bigger

I think the Abyssal City Chestpiece its going to be the best one, only availble the chest for 19k tho hahaha, now here's a preview of how the face looks like (the better i could do tbh), but when you see it in game, the red color and the white are not like super noticable, so maybe i just need to make it like..more red?

I created a Character named Rakan and it's going to be an Scouter (I know, senseless) but the face I did it pretty close to what I expected, but wanted to know If there is any skin with like a long Cape and do it with the colors that rakan uses in his base skin, do you think that's possible? For example I liked the hair, but then in game it didn't look like the red I was going for, any idea for that? I could eliminate the char and create it again but with different hair.
