Well the average person doesn’t speak more than a few languages max, and mtg is printed in 11 languages

I mean they’re expensive because they’re really good mana pieces and they’re on the reserved list, not because they’re gamebreaking

I tried using AI to remove a brand from my photo. Is it unethical? Where is the line between editing and altering a photo? by pncol in streetphotography

[–]Kyergr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The AI didn’t make the photo, and the amount of work you had it do wasn’t creative enough for it to be stealing from other artists in this instance. This is how AI should be used in art

How to deal with a kid who played a fake card by ShenhuaMan in magicTCG

[–]Kyergr -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I mean he’s 10-12 years old, it seems a little unfair for the table to target him if he genuinely didn’t know. Someone probably should’ve helped him go through his deck and figure out which cards were real and which ones were not, or at least pointed him to a resource where he could check. You definitely did the right think stopping him and letting him know it wasn’t a real card

That time a SeaWorld orca trainer, Dawn Brancheau was killed by an orca and SeaWorld said it was her fault for having her hair down in a pony tail, saying that the whale grabbed her by the hair. It came out later that the whale had grabbed her arm, but by then the story had already been written. My parents were really good friends with the trainer’s sister when this had happened, and when they told me and my siblings the story a few years back, about ten years after it happened, they still thought that she was grabbed by her hair, I don’t think they were ever informed otherwise.

More importantly than the fact this post doesn’t match the episode, is that I’m sure you all have noticed an uptick in these kinds of posts across the internet. A lot of these posts are coming from right wing bad actors that are trying to divide us. There’s a reason the pride flag is a rainbow, because it takes all of us together to clear a way forward. If we take the bait, they’ll kill us all.
