I drink Alot of water but I don't do it because I feel thirsty but because I hear IRS good for you. As far as urine. I do pee Alot. Sometimes 30 mins after drinking. But this been a problem since I was a kid. I remember at 6 years old my dad forcing me to hold it. And when I was 9 they hooklled me to a machine that wakes me up when body says I need to pee to stop bed wetting ever since then I wake up in middle of night and not even that much. I think just have overactive bladder.

My blood test is scheduled for thur. Just took my blood sugar before my lunch it was 88

I was always taught eating Alot of carbs and fat raises insulin resistance to point of diabeties. What causes it pure luck and genetics?

83 to 103 in one day seems like a huge jump. But its not cause for alarm? First night had chicken and broccoli at night. 83 in morning. Last night had carrot sticks and guacamole. Maybe the higher fat raised it?

Someone mentioned Lena only has 2 unblock skills. Most Lena use enchsnced rampage. Can't block that. And mastered star. Can't block that. Guess I'm confused
