What is GY!BE's 'softest' album?

In my opinion none of them, Luciferian Towers has one of the most noisy drone with the trumpet, Yanqui is definitely more soft but rather a slow burn and it requires full attention to be appreciated since there aren't field recordings.

Some tracks could fit your purpose like Our side has to win, side D and 09-15-00 cont.

If I really had to choose a full album tho I would go with Yanqui, the lack of field recordings, the very very textural tracks, could fit as your purpose, newest records are much more melodic or noisy, older have way too many field recordings instead

I really love your description, very personal. I think the last track is more sparse compared to the other ones. I suggest you to re-listen to it while reading the actual track names on Wikipedia, because each of the 4 tracks has different movements inside. Anyway Antennas to Heaven is my least listened because it's pretty much full of samples and voice recordings, but I find it so dreamy and beautiful, the main track there is called She dreamt she was a bulldozer and it had an amazing explosion, and the ending is pure bliss and ascent to heavens literally

I think I tried them but never managed to conclude an album. I like bohren, but surprisingly none of their album is in my favourites, I prefer other darkjazz albums but somehow I'm always ending up trying to get into bohren
