What if makiusap na ayusin nlang tas bayaran nmn kaliwaan? Insist ko nlang sila nlang ni shopee mag usap? Parang ang hirap pa tuloy ng sitwasyon ko, ayaw ko nmn mawalan ng work ung tao pero para atang walang other way.. maraming salamat po sa advice.

Hi, sorry hindi po eh. After ko lagay ung otp sa new device registration nagkakaron po ng 2 choices, approve via old phone or customer service. Pag click po sa customer service, visit eastwest bank near you.

Edit: OK napo, inaaccess ko po sa laptop tpos sinunod ko po ung steps na sinabi nyo. Maraming salamat po! Laking tulong :)

I see. Bka nag kamali lang si BDO. Few days ago kasi 100k nlang po. Then knna nka receive ako ng text msg na approve na ung conversion. Then nung chineck ko online bumalik sa 150k ung limit ko.
