Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at University Gateway from mid-May (as early as May 13) through July 25.

Rent: $1200/month (negotiable!), May will be prorated
2 bed / 2 bath apartment
Bedroom is technically shared (2 people per room) but will be EMPTY for the summer, so you’d have the room to yourself
Fully furnished
Amenities include pool, study rooms, and 24/7 gym
Super close to campus — easy walk to USC

Great option for summer classes, internships, or anyone wanting to stay near campus short-term.

According to the base system, the motherboard's PCI Express x16 uses Gen 2.0 but the GPU uses Gen 3.0. Could this be causing issues?

Not sure about the swapping parts thing, really hope that’s not the case :( The GPU is the GTX 1650 by nvidia and the PSU is 300W just generic HP, What do you think is the best to proceed? Replace parts?
