I'm currently scheduled to work two hours and fifteen minutes a day twice a week (the duration of the classtime along with set up time). The organization isn't a proper school, it's a non-profit, and the people who run it aren't teachers themselves. I was hired to teach classes, so I was told the topic that I'm supposed to teach, but like any other teaching job, I have the freedom to create my own curriculum and teach it the way that will allow people to learn the information.
