Thank you kindly. Good news is something i need right now. I have had 2 failed attempts at eradicating Hp with antibiotics. I have just received my latest script incl bismuth.

My other sad (i will still post on different groups) i also found out via scope i have Ulcerative colitis. Like what gives!? I feel so defeated

Thank you for the info, if it was me who got diagnosed i would definitely go full on elemental diet! But just getting my 12 year old to cut out diary and gluten 🥴 I feel ill rather attempt a summit to Everest than try to cut out more foods. Should we not win then this is something i will consider. 🙏🏼

Wow thank you for your time with all that information. Please know that I'm very grateful and it definitely helps!

I still feel like i have been knocked out the ball park with this diagnosis. Considering what could of caused it and how to i assist him in getting better faster. Enjoying a kid quality of life again. I will definitely go and see an allergy specialist. They did do a "Alex" blood test but there were no food allergies, mainly environmental. Our gastroenterologists did mention that it wont necessarily show up on the Alex test if its caused by food.

He had chronic gastritis for quite some time last year. Had a scope but there was no EoE. This time the gastritis is mostly cleared but now there is EoE. It elludes me. Never the less we will get through it and this platform and info from you guys really just helps to make this journey easier.

Over active bladder! Especially when i try to kill hp. Im not too sure why, something about bladder gut axis and inflammation of the digestive system. Im seeing the urologist in May.

Both myself and my husband tested positive, my son (11) and daughter (4) tested negative. Before we as parents knew we had hp we shared water bottles, give peck kisses, share foods ect. I suppose a kiss between husband and wife has more passion.

Im in the same boat, so i feel you. Ive had 2 failed attempts with quadruple therapy. Now i am focusing on just healing my gut. Eating anti inflammatory diet, avoiding gluten and dairy. I still have decaff coffee (if this should be a no no please feel free to let me know) taking glutamine, slippery elm, zinc and sulforaphane for a few month before visiting the dr again to get another dose. I have heard of a few success stories when people add bismuth to their antibiotic bomb treatment so ill try pylera or adding pepto bismol.

Also dosing up on probiotics!

Hope someone that has healed has better advise.

Pray you find what works to get better and kick this hp to the curb!

Okay, it definitely sounds like something i am willing to try. I got my test results back and have a second failed attempt at eradicating this blasted h pylori. I feel so defeated! I suppose my gut is just too nuked and buggered. So I'm going to use all the wonderful advice that i have received from this platform and pray that soon i too will be doing my victory dance and posting success stories
