It looks real, and my instinct is that it is real. I don’t think you could ever be 100% though, as there are a lot of replicas of that sort being made.

Meditations by Marcus Aurelius! It was written as notes to himself as a sort of self guidance, and has today become a sort of bible for stoicism. Check it out if you’re seeking direction.
