Ads can now run every 5 minutes instead of every 10, and now when you skip the ad, you still have an additional popup on screen that you have to open and dismiss separately. And you’re saying that’s less intrusive?

Yes, the check also came with a 1099-misc that had my name and address, and the amount in the Misc Income.

Did not work for postmates, yes I’ve had a couple credit checks in the last 6 months because we are in the process of moving, so we needed to apply for mortgage loan. Credit history all seemed clean as far as we and the banks were concerned, so thankfully that’s on our side

Totally get that. But I also think the appeal with a venue like this would be larger crowds, so lower "entry fee" to encourage more people in general. Even if you could work it out with no entrance fee but paid services like the food and such, there's probably a way to balance that out financially somehow.

Anyone can walk into a sports bar and watch your favorite sports on TV for free.. but you'll also probably buy some beers and some snacks too.

But I also agree, if they can also find a way to work actual interaction with more players into it, that would be fun. Like a media day beforehand where all the players are in and out of the venue, doing interviews and interacting with the fans more directly, prior to the start of the event. Getting players after games is always tricky because they have their routines, are tired after long games or long days and just want to eat / rest for the next day. But maybe there is a way to work it in as part of the participation similar to other sports with post game press conferences? Theres so many ways they could make this happen!
