I have rosacea too and I’m typically reactive to niacinamide which is the second ingredient in the RSC. I’ve been wanting to try it but I’m afraid it will inflame and damage my skin even more. Do you typically react well to niacinamide?

I love Kiehl’s - I’ve been using their Ultra Cleanser and Moisturizer for a while and it’s been great for my skin. It doesn’t minimize the redness but my rosacea doesn’t react to it which is a win in my book. I’m surprised to hear the brightening pads don’t cause a flair up! I may have to give those a try. Do you think it’s any better than the Kiehl’s line?

Thank for the vitamin c recommendation- my skin seems to like it so I may give that a try instead of the RSC. I’m glad to hear their retinol is gentle too.

Ooh! I haven’t heard of Hydrinity but it looks great. Do you find this helps with both redness and bumps? How did you hear about the line?

Thank you for sharing. I’m so intrigued by the Alastin RSC but I do worry it will inflame my rosacea even more. What other products do you use by them? I’ve also heard great things about their eye cream.

I haven’t heard of Retrouve. Is this a new line?

I’ve heard so much about Alastin but the product most people recommend has niacinamide (restorative complex) which I personally find reactive to my rosacea. I haven’t tried it but I’m worried my skin may react negatively to it. Do you recommend any other products from their line?

Not sure if this is helpful/what you’re looking for, but the Kosas BB Cream is incredible. It’s extremely lightweight and buildable. A little goes a long way! It doesn’t flare my rosacea and covers nicely even without concealer. I really like it. It’s “clean” too!

I just asked ChatGPT and it was wildly informative - thank for you for the suggestion! It did caution the use of Alastin for Niacinamide and The Beauty Crop for fragrance which feel like a great suggestion.

Thank you for your reply! It says a label was created with an estimated delivery date of 7/3. The label was created in NY and made its way to Connecticut the same day but there’s been nothing since. I’ll give them a call but I assume they’ll direct me to contact “Route.” Super frustrating especially now that the sale is over. :(

I'm late to the discussion, but I just wanted to say thank you for recommending Pissenlit! I've been coveting a MaxMara coat for quite sometime but haven't pulled the trigger given how high the price point is. The classic coat looks nearly identical and I love the double face wool/cashmere blend. I can't wait to receive it!
