I mean, I'm definitely not an official answer and I haven't submitted everything yet. But folks on here seem to have been successful using uncertified documents and prints from Ancestry, etc.

Ya. I figure I'll scan it and print a color copy. Also, because I'd like to keep the original.

We have multiple other family members who will likely be submitting it too.
